Maria Spence, or Spenser, my great-great-great-grandmother, was born in Argyll. She married John McLaren on 12 June 1814 in Inveraray and Glenary, Argyll. They had four children during their marriage. She died in 1898.
As with her husband John, I can find little information about Maria besides her birth in Inveraray and Glenary, her marriage, and her children: Jane Maria in 1816, Mary in 1818, Margaret in 1822, and Isabella in 1823.
